ich habe mein muse letzte woche bekommen und auch gleich installiert. der einbau war dann doch leichter als erwartet.

abgesehen davon daß die verpackung und die manuals wirklich sehr ansprechend gestaltet ist, halte ich das muse ansich für eine meisterleistung. da steckt ganz klar eine menge herz, hirn, wissen und erfahrung drinnen. eine geniale lösung jeden minimoog besitzers der ernsthaft mit dem instrument arbeiten will !

lieber alex, bitte mach weiter so und informiere mich, wenn es für mein muse irgendwelche updates gibt. danke nochmals für deinen tollen service ! ! !

I recently acquired a very sick PPG Wave System, 2.2 and Waveterm A, and I am happy to say that Alexander has nursed it back to full health. I flew to Vienna to see Alexander, he was very friendly, great to chat to and offered us delicious strudel and coffee! He proceeded to fully repair and service my Wave cards, all in time for me to take them back home with me! Alexander is the best technician I have had the pleasure of meeting. He gave us good recommendations of places to visit whilst we were in Vienna, and was very professional in his work, giving me regular updates throughout the week. He has proceeded to stay in regular contact via email to help me with any issues and queries I was having. I cannot recommend Alexander highly enough, he is without a doubt one of the world's best PPG technicians. If you have an old synthesiser that needs a service or repair, Alexander is the man you need. I am very glad to have met him and to have my Wave 2.2 back in fully working condition.

Nach zahlreichen Recherchen im Netz wollte ich schon aufgeben, da mir der Polaris irreparabel erschien. Alexander hat hier wirklich, was Reparieren betrifft, eine Meisterleistung abgeliefert. Noch dazu sehr gute Tips, ein paar sehr informative 19 Zoll Gespräche - perfekt.

Vielen, vielen Dank - eindeutig top, der Mann mit einem schier unerschöpflichem Knowhow über Synths und Elektronik, absolute uneingeschränkte Empfehlung !! Alles Gute weiterhin!

Auch ich bekam den MUSE im Dezember. Mit der beiliegenden Anleitung ist der Einbau ein Klacks und schnell erledigt. Was soll ich sagen - man kennt diese Reaktionen wahrscheinlich schon: Die MUSE-Erweiterung ist wahrlich das ultimative Upgrade für den Model D - ich bin begeistert! Alleine das einstellbare Pitch-Bending und der Nullbereich ist schon eine Wohltat und den Einbau mehr als wert! Die anderen Funktionen werde ich beizeiten austesten in der Rechner- / Midiumgebung und mit Sicherheit ebenso genießen. Also: Bravo, großen Respekt und vielen Dank für dieses grandiose Teil und die nette und persönliche Abwicklung!

Oh Mann, bin ich froh, dass ich das Muse bestellt hab und sogar noch vor Weihnachten ergattert habe!!

Es ist einfach ein Traum! Endlich kann ich den Minimoog wirklich im Studio verwenden und das Pitch Rad funktioniert auch super. Ich bin begeistert.

Danke auch für all die tolle und nette Zusammenarbeit. Ich fühle mich mit meinen musikalischen Problemen sehr gut aufgehoben bei Euch und werde Euch gerne weiterempfehlen.

Alexander is an absolute professional in ever sense of the word. I have a PPG 2.3 that was declared dead by some top tech's in Los Angeles. I was recommended Virtual Music by the good people at PPG and sure enough Alexander was able to fix all the problems and perform updates to the 2.3 and now we have a perfectly working and stable PPG once again. I had issues with some of the voices on my voice cards, and Alexander was able to work on them, and successfully repair them. At every stage I was kept up to date with the progress, and I now have a working PPG again.

My OSC OSCar has been out of order for over twenty years, after a rather short lasting fix done by a service shop at the time. That made me a bit hesitant to send it off for a full service and repair, at least until I felt confident it would be in good hands.

This weekend I was reunited with my now fully functioning OSCar thanks to the efforts of Alexander at Virtual Music. His service has been highly efficient and professional, every step of the way towards full recovery of the OSCar.

Needless to say perhaps, I've almost forgotten to eat and sleep after plugging in the synth upon return to base. The OSCar works perfectly and sings beautifully, just as I remembered it for all these years!
