Alexander is PPG tech genius!

He has given my Wave 2.2 a new lease of life and it now plays better then it ever has!  Not only did he fix the obvious issues my Wave had but he also identified some potential issues that could have effected it in the future and remedied them as well.  Alexander is a true professional and is a pleasure to deal with.  Thanks!

I am so grateful for Alexander's repair service. I had some trepidation shipping PPG Boards all the way from Australia to Austria, but I needn't have. Alexander sent very clear instructions, kept me up-to-date on progress very regularly and managed to fix all the problems in the boards (and there were quite a few!). He is clearly an absolute expert in his field.

On top of all that, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with and clearly wanted my Wave to stay in perfect working order for another 10 years!

If I ever had a problem with one of my keyboards, I would have no hesitation in contacting Alexander for his help.

Ich kann mich den positiven Kommntaren nur anschließen. Der Auftrag wurde sehr schnell und sorgfältig erledigt. Über JEDEN Arbeitsschritt wurde ich per E-Mail informiert, quasi eine Online-Berichterstattung) (Ist das Standard bei Virtual Music?)  Zudem: Ich wurde dezent auf "Nebenprobleme" hingwiesen ("Andere Kunden wollten auch dies geändert haben, möchten Sie dies auch?") Alexander ist ein absoluter Fachmann, liebt die Geräte und behandelt die Kundengeräte, als wären es die Eigenen. Eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung, nicht nur für PPG, EMU & Fairlight.

One of my voice cards was showing strange problems - sometimes the resonance on one of the voices would drop out and sometimes be OK.  The Virtual Music folks were able to track down a faulty soldering job on one component and repaired the card perfectly.

As always, Alexander has provided me with both excellent advice and excellent service. even though he is half way around the world, he is the only person I trust to give me advice, provide parts, and to work on my PPG Waves. he would also be my first consult if my Elka Synthex should act up. this is a man who knows his craft, is honest, and has never let me down in years of dealing with him thru multiple ship-in repairs and assistance on home-based repairs. Don't bother to look elsewhere, technicians like this are next to impossible to find, and if you happen to find someone remotely qualified, they usually aren't a quarter as pleasant as Alexander. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Alexander, vielen Dank für dein Service!

Mein Prophet VS ist wieder wie neu! Alle Taster sprechen sofort an, der Trafo ist lautlos, und die Modifikation des Gehäuses ist für alle VS User Pflicht .Der Vectorstick meines VS wurde durch ein Stick vom Neuron ersetzt , eine super Lösung, die auch optisch sehr schön ist.Der Kontakt ist ausgesprochen angenehm, und man wird immer über den Verlauf des Service informiert.
