Translation: Alexander has been looking after my JP4 for years to my complete satisfaction and has repeatedly expelled him from any quirks. In this respect it was clear that only he was eligible to bring a long time neglected Juno 106 back on track. Both visually and technically he has done a fantastic job, I have the Juno now for the first time in years back in operation and he gives me great pleasure. It's like buying a new synth that sounds awesome. I can only recommend Alexander. Anyone who cares about his ailing vintage sound machine should get in touch with him.

Original Text: Alexander betreut bereits seit Jahren meinen JP4 zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit und hat ihm wiederholt allfällige Macken ausgetrieben. Insofern war klar daß nur er in Frage kommt, einen seit langer zeit vernachlässigten Juno 106 wieder auf Vordermann zu bringen. Sowohl optisch als auch technisch hat er dabei einen fantastischen Job gemacht, ich hab den Juno nun das erste mal seit Jahren wieder in Betrieb und er bereitet mir große Freude. Es ist als hätte ich mir einen neuen Synth gekauft, der fantastisch klingt. Ich kann Alexander nur empfehlen. Wem seine kränkelnde Vintage Klangmaschine am Herz liegt sollte sich jedenfalls mit ihm in Verbindung setzen.

I had a problem with my Wave 2.3. When the wavetable was swept, it would start, then reset back to the first partial then sweep some more. I do not have the proper logic analyzer and high speed tools to diagnose the problem so I sent my boards to Alexander. He rapidly determined which chips were bad, replaced them, and then fully tested the boards. During testing, he noticed a sporadic digital noise that could be heard while playing and kept the boards until he could figure out and fix that too. Now this PPG is sounding amazing again. Very thankful that Alexander offers this service for us PPG owners.

Translation: After more than 15 years in deep sleep, I decided to have my SQ-10 repaired, which I bought half broken and with intermittent errors. After some research on the internet, I came across "coincidentally" (well, there are no coincidences) on Virtual Music and Mr. Guelfenburg and can only say that this coincidence was the first choice. I am very satisfied with the friendly service and the very good result of the quick repair.

Original Text: Nach über 15 Jahren im Dornröschenschlaf habe ich mich entschlossen, meinen SQ-10, den ich damals halb defekt, bzw. mit intermittierenden Fehlern erstanden habe, reparieren zu lassen. Nach einiger Recherche im Internet stieß ich "zufällig" (es gibt ja keine Zufälle) auf Virtual Music bzw. Herrn Guelfenburg und kann nur sagen, dass dieser Zufall aller erste Wahl war. apart from the fact that the packaging and the manuals are really very appealing, I think the muse itself is a masterpiece. there is clearly a lot of heart, brain, knowledge and experience inside. an ingenious solution of every minimoog owner who wants to work seriously with the instrument!

Original Text: ich habe mein muse letzte woche bekommen und auch gleich installiert. der einbau war dann doch leichter als erwartet.

abgesehen davon daß die verpackung und die manuals wirklich sehr ansprechend gestaltet ist, halte ich das muse ansich für eine meisterleistung. da steckt ganz klar eine menge herz, hirn, wissen und erfahrung drinnen. eine geniale lösung jeden minimoog besitzers der ernsthaft mit dem instrument arbeiten will !

I recently acquired a very sick PPG Wave System, 2.2 and Waveterm A, and I am happy to say that Alexander has nursed it back to full health. I flew to Vienna to see Alexander, he was very friendly, great to chat to and offered us delicious strudel and coffee! He proceeded to fully repair and service my Wave cards, all in time for me to take them back home with me! Alexander is the best technician I have had the pleasure of meeting. He gave us good recommendations of places to visit whilst we were in Vienna, and was very professional in his work, giving me regular updates throughout the week. He has proceeded to stay in regular contact via email to help me with any issues and queries I was having. I cannot recommend Alexander highly enough, he is without a doubt one of the world's best PPG technicians. If you have an old synthesiser that needs a service or repair, Alexander is the man you need. I am very glad to have met him and to have my Wave 2.2 back in fully working condition.
