Translation: I also got the MUSE in December. With the enclosed instructions, the installation is a breeze and done quickly. What can I say - you probably already know these reactions: The MUSE extension is truly the ultimate upgrade for the Model D - I am excited! Alone the adjustable pitch bending and the centre zero range is a blessing itself and justifies the installation more than ever! I will test the other functions in the computer / midi environment as soon as I can and I certainly enjoy it, too. So: Well done, great respect and thank you for this fantastic product and the nice and individual transaction!

Translation: Oh man, I'm glad I ordered the Muse and received iit even before Christmas!! It's just a dream! Finally I can really use the Minimoog in the studio and the pitch wheel works great, too. Alexander is an absolute professional in ever sense of the word. I have a PPG 2.3 that was declared dead by some top tech's in Los Angeles. I was recommended Virtual Music by the good people at PPG and sure enough Alexander was able to fix all the problems and perform updates to the 2.3 and now we have a perfectly working and stable PPG once again. I had issues with some of the voices on my voice cards, and Alexander was able to work on them, and successfully repair them. At every stage I was kept up to date with the progress, and I now have a working PPG again.

My OSC OSCar has been out of order for over twenty years, after a rather short lasting fix done by a service shop at the time. That made me a bit hesitant to send it off for a full service and repair, at least until I felt confident it would be in good hands.

This weekend I was reunited with my now fully functioning OSCar thanks to the efforts of Alexander at Virtual Music. His service has been highly efficient and professional, every step of the way towards full recovery of the OSCar.

Needless to say perhaps, I've almost forgotten to eat and sleep after plugging in the synth upon return to base. The OSCar works perfectly and sings beautifully, just as I remembered it for all these years!

I am so grateful for Alexander's repair service. I had some trepidation shipping PPG Boards all the way from Australia to Austria, but I needn't have. Alexander sent very clear instructions, kept me up-to-date on progress very regularly and managed to fix all the problems in the boards (and there were quite a few!). He is clearly an absolute expert in his field.

On top of all that, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with and clearly wanted my Wave to stay in perfect working order for another 10 years!

If I ever had a problem with one of my keyboards, I would have no hesitation in contacting Alexander for his help.
