Order Synthesizer Service:
First of all please send us an E-Mail to Open contact page (no Javascript) or call us on the phone. After clarifying all details we will guide you through the process. You will get an E-Mail with all necessary details and information.
The basis for all commissioned work is exclusively our Order Form for Synthesizer-Service. Please complete this form and attach it to the instrument. Should we organize a cargo agency or do you want us collecting your instrument personally, then we will need the order form in advance (as a fax or as PDF).
As soon as we receive your order, we start to work. We will regularly inform you about the status.
Order Synthesizer Products or CDs:
Please send us an e-mail to Open contact page (no Javascript) and tell us what you want to order. We will send you an invoice net or gross, depending on your VAT-status.
